Through the combined efforts of parents, teachers, staff and our community, we are able to provide enriching programs, extra-curricular activities, and supplies for our school. In order to make all of these things happen,we need your support and assistance, via volunteering. Being involved is a wonderful and important way to support our children and school.

Volnteering Opportunities

See's Candies Coordinatore: This event starts in November. This role will coordinate a small team to advertise program, distribute order forms, collect and enter orders, and distribute all orders.

See's Candies Team Member: This roll will support the coordinator. Description above.

Reflections Coordinator: Immediate need. This is an art recognition and achievement program for students that provides opportunities to express themselves creatively. This is an established program. The coordinator is responsible for promoting the program, coordinating the review of submissions and celebrating the participants. Visit https://www.iucpta.org/reflections/ for more details.

5th Grade Girls Talk Coordinator (5th grade parents only) Event is in the spring. Our Girl’s Talk presentation is IUSD approved and is a recommended supplemental program to the 5th grade health curriculum. This role will plan a small event to take place in the spring

5th Grade Guys Night Coordinator (5th grade parents only) Event is in the spring. Our Guys Night presentation is IUSD approved and is a recommended supplemental program to the 5th grade health curriculum. This role will plan a small event to take place in the spring.

Movie Night Coordinator: Event in March. Responsible for planning, communication to any vendors and advertising to the community.

Bingo Night Coordinator: Event in April. Plan and excute a fun bingo night.
